John Wilson
President 315-439-2891 john@pharmacytechnology.solutionsI got my start in the pharmacy world by joining Baker APS, creator of the Baker cell, which was among the first automated counting technology systems used within pharmacies. The acquisition of Baker APS by McKesson led to new opportunities to move my family to the Pacific Northwest and learn and grow under the leadership of many talented people in sales, sales management, and marketing. Innovation Associates gave me my first opportunity to lead and develop a sales team and relocate our family to Syracuse, New York. I consider myself incredibly blessed by my family, for the passion I have in my work, and for the opportunity to work with wonderful people within both customer and client organizations, and alongside my smart and talented kids.

Caroline Wilson
ASSOCIATE 315-439-8826 caroline@pharmacytechnology.solutionsMy undergraduate studies at SUNY Geneseo included Communications and Biology. Along the way, I was fortunate to participate in an entrepreneurship competition, which resulted in becoming a Founder and C-level employee of a start-up specialty green chemical company, Verdimine, LLC. I joined the PTS team in January 2020 and serve as the point-person for clinical care programs, including our work in diabetes and chronic care management.

Jack Wilson
ASSOCIATE 315-439-8922 jack@pharmacytechnology.solutionsI was a Division I lacrosse player and Academic All-American at Boston University and began my career at Epic Systems as a project manager upon graduation. After a year and a half implementing Epic Software, I joined the PTS team in January of 2020 as a sales specialist. My primary focus is on sales for the Eyecon Visual Pill Counter, Apex Custom Software products (CS Manager and Inventory Assistant), and Datarithm.
